·         Top 10 citations for AFHs & CBRFs located on the DHFS & MADDSA websites.

·         State Census- Sandra stated that clarity & documentation of request is needed from the State. Guardian then needs to be contacted for permission to interview clients selected.

·         Request was made asking for feedback from LTS case management providers- The individual stated that LTS workers mentioned that they can not provide additional case management services for a client if that client has met the cap for the month. Jenny Schulte reported that there is a cap of services, but that in no way means that services will stop if they are needed when the cap is met. The cap is only for hours of billable time. The capitation of services is an average across all clients served, not based on individual cases.

VI.       Guest Speakers- NA
